Individual Coaching sessions in Exploring your Metacognition

“What you think you become. What you feel you attract. What you image you create”

Buddha.

Our minds are so powerful, and yet we spend little time tending to them.

How we think, and our perspectives, impacts our reality through our behaviors and responses.  Similar to getting our cars tuned-up, we also need to take time to check-in with ourselves. How, and in what way, are we using our thinking (our minds) to create our optimal realty?  Ultimately, it’s about making space for your personal reflection, and really getting to know how your mind operates optimally.

Metacognition is the juncture of philosophy, psychology, and mindfulness, and is the bridge to equanimity.  It’s about becoming aware of your thoughts, thinking habits, and increasing your ability to choose them.

Empowerment isn’t about control, instead, it is about grounding yourself from within, knowing how you think, and living purposefully.
